A UNIQUE FESTIVAL WITH AN INTERNATIONAL NOTORIETY
Cinéma Tout Ecranpresents on big screen what has been produced for the small ones. It has this way opened a window on a field bustling with creativity which changes the boundaries between cinema and television, where the main points are the quality of the work and the singularity of the director.
Cinéma Tout Ecran is a festival looking for new films and new authors. Above all, it looks towards artistic quality of works made for television or cinema, the representation of the real through fiction and technological advances.
Cinéma Tout Ecranhas therefore presented and awarded the following major works during its previous editions: Atom Egoyan’s Gross Misconduct,Robert Guédiguian’s Marius et Jeannette, Michael Apted’s Always Outnumbered,Peter Kosminsky’s No Child of Mine, Arturo Ripstein’s Asi es la vida, Catherine Breillat’s Brève Traversée.
The Programme
The Official International Competition proposes between ten to fifteen films from around the world. An international Jury consisting of cinema personnalities awards several prizes: the Grand Prix du Meilleur Film, the Grand Prix de la Meilleure Réalisation, the Prix d'Interprétation de l’Hôtel Richemond, the Prix du Public. International Series
This programme proposes a world tour exploring the new TV-series.

International Selection of Short Films
This selection allows to discover new styles, news authors and new films among the best ones of the year. Both Nights of the Short Film constitute one of the friendliest event of the Festival and also an exceptional experience. Prix du Meilleur Court métrage
New Releases
Selection of the very new releases of the audiovisual productions proposed by the channels. This programme is aimed at professionals. The admission is free.
Major Film Directors on Small Screen
Every year, a retrospective pays tribute to an important author who has worked for cinema as well as for television.

The Symposium-Partners are: Fonction:Cinéma, the EBU / UER, the SSA and the TSR.
Self-Portrait of a Channel Collaborating with the EBU (European Broadcasting Union), every year, the festival selects as honoured guest an innovative TV-channel. Its representatives introduce us to their production politics. We already have welcomed the BBC, the ZDF, the RAI, the DRTV and NOS.
Swiss and International Symposium The festival organises Seminars, in collaboration with the SSA (Swiss Author Society) and the TSR, between the channels and professionals of the audiovisual field around the theme of creation and the televisual topicality.
