C'est la veillée de Noël. Christian est à Paris, bien décidé à tester sa relation avec Julia. Il se donne huit heures pour tirer les choses au clair. Dans son appartement tristounet de Berlin, Julia attend Frank - pour une aventure érotique, à laquelle elle aimerait mettre un point final ce soir.
